Sean Gulrajani
Owner, Care & Client Manager
Sean is an experienced healthcare professional and has worked in the local area for over 10 years, with much of this time spent as a care manager for another domiciliary care company rated as outstanding by CQC in the area. Sean has a nursing background, a Certificate of Higher Educations in Applied Health Studies and a Level 5 Diploma in Mangagement and Leadership.
Michelle Gulrajani
Owner, Operations & Finance Manager
Michelle has worked in HR and Finance for corporate multinational organisations (in London & Zurich) for over 14 years and has significant client service and business management experience. Michelle is a Chartered Accountant and Tax Advisor with a 1st in Economics and Accounting from Bristol University.
Advisory Board
Our Advisory Board is a diverse group of local healthcare professionals who support SeaShell with complex cases, strategic decisions, ad-hoc queries and local contacts. Our board have a huge range of experience that we can draw upon to ensure we deliver an outstanding service e.g. expert advice on demand and up-to-date knowledge on procedures in our area.
Dr Gamini B Ambepitiya
Clinical Director and Consultant Physician in Elderly Medicine
Dr Ambepitiya is the most senior Consultant Physician in West Essex Hospitals. He is currently the Clinical Director for West Essex frail Older People's Services project and works with multiple relevant organisations to find and provide the best care for older people to improve their quality of life.
Jenny Minihane
Former Director of Nursing & Quality and Older People's Services
Jenny is a retired Director of Nursing and Quality and former Director of Older People's Services, working in primary care across the West Essex health economy, her NHS career spanning over 35 years.
Ram Gulrajani
Respiratory Nurse Consultant
Ram is an experienced Respiratory Nurse Consultant and has retired from full time employment but still undertakes a role as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, independent Nurse Prescriber and has an expert witness role with a Medico-legal firm.
Nicky Reid
Palliative Nurse, St Clare Hospice
Nicky is an experienced Palliative Nurse, providing seamless palliative care for patients and their families working at a local hospice for over 20 years.
