Our Purpose

Aims and objectives

Our aim is to provide premium, bespoke home care services to facilitate independent living, whilst embracing a more socially conscious care model to give back to our carers and the community.

To achieve this aim, we focus on three core objectives:

1. Exceptional Care Delivery

Exceptional care can only be provided by exceptional carers, which is why we are invested in providing the best learning and development programme available to our team, so that our clients consistently receive outstanding care.

2. Care = Career

A premium service is rewarded by premium pay: we endeavour to attract, retain and reward our carers with the most generous compensation package in the industry and a structured career path. A happy team facilitates consistency and continuity of care to our clients.

3. Access for All

We believe that everyone deserves premium care, which is why we commit to donating a proportion of our profits to providing subsidised and/or free end-of-life care (provided by our team), to clients with insufficient funding or limited private resources.

SeaShell is committed to ensuring that all clients, staff and job applicants receive equal treatment, regardless of any protected characteristics such as age, disability, gender reassignment, marital or civil partner status, pregnancy or maternity, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation.

Our services will be provided in compliance with the requirements of The Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 and the Care Quality Commission (Registration) Regulations 2009 and Fundamental Standards.
